Individual customization and personalization is easy to set up for your group. We offer a wide selection of embroidery threads that will help create an accurate embroidered logo or design exactly the way you want it. Embroidered logos are created through a process called digitizing. Digitizing allows us to create a file of your logo that will map out every stitch in the design. Before your design is produced, we send you digital proofs to make sure everything is up to your standards. Embroidery looks best with logos, numbers, and names. Embroidered Shirts Frequently Asked Questions
Unfortunately, we do not accept customer supplied garments for our orders at this time. Embroidery is a complicated process, and dealing with materials and manufacturers with which we have no experience could produce inconsistent and unpredictable results. Should any items be damaged during the production process, we would have no ability to replace those items. For those reasons, and in the best interest of your order being produced to the highest standards of quality and accuracy, we prefer to only work with the products available to us through our suppliers. The good news, however, is that we can frequently obtain blank garments of the same or similar style to your customer supplied garments!

Nope! We have a few select styles that are offered as No Minimums, which can be used as embroidered products. Check out our No Minimums Collection and select the “ordering less than 6” option to see if your specific style is available.
Standard dimensions are based on the shape and placement of your logo. Generally speaking, we recommend that a typical left chest embroidered logo should be 2.5 to 3 inches wide. Please note that designs larger than 5 inches wide will be more expensive.
At Underground Printing, we take pride in meeting delivery dates. Shipping times are calculated at checkout once you select your preferred in-hands date. Standard shipping is around 10 business days but we do offer rush shipping options with turnaround times as fast as 5 business days.
